Independence-Dental-Services in Miami seeks a General Dentist to join a well-established practice focused on cosmetics, implants, oral surgery and orthodontics. The role offers full clinical autonomy, a supportive team, and a patient-first reputation.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program.
• 2–3 years clinical experience (GPR preferred).
• Proficiency in Open Dental or similar dental software.

Responsibilities

• Perform restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, and bridges.
• Carry out simple and surgical extractions.
• Provide endodontic therapy/root canal treatment.
• Invisalign/clear aligner experience preferred.
• Collaborate on periodontal diagnosis with hygiene team.
• Present cases and obtain treatment acceptance.
• Educate patients and clearly communicate treatment options.
• Manage clinical time efficiently and maintain a productive schedule.
• Lead and collaborate with the dental team.
• Maintain high clinical quality and patient experience.
• Utilize digital radiography, intraoral scanning, and AI diagnostic tools.

We are a well-established dental practice in Miami seeking an General Dentist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a doctor who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, educating patients, and contributing to a supportive team environment. We have amazing patients and looking for someone who wants to contribute to the local community. Our primary clinical focus are cosmetics, implants, oral surgery and orthodontics.

Flexible Schedule: Office is open Monday - Friday (9am-6pm)

Compensation: $850 per day of up to 35% of Collections
