Independence Dental Services in South Florida seeks a General Dentist to join our team, delivering high-quality care, educating patients, and contributing to a supportive, community-focused practice.

The primary focus is restorative, surgical, and cosmetic dentistry. Schedule is Monday through Friday. We offer competitive compensation, monthly incentives, full clinical autonomy, a highly experienced team, and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience (GPR preferred).
• Proficiency with Open Dental or similar software.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication abilities.
• HIPAA compliance and patient privacy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive services.
• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions, creating treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive practices.
• Collaborate with assistants and hygienists for efficient, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
