Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software preferred.
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and treatment planning abilities.

  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based dentistry and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs and goals.
  • Deliver high-quality restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental care.
  • Perform fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canal therapy, and other general dental procedures.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, oral hygiene, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide an exceptional patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
  • Continuously pursue excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes.
