Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments
  • Diagnose and treat various dental conditions and diseases
  • Perform dental procedures including fillings, extractions, and cleanings
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure high-quality care
  • Stay updated on the latest dental practices and technologies
Requirements
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
  • State dental license or eligibility to obtain
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule: 4-day workweek

Daily Volume: 12-15 with the dentist, 12-16 with the hygienist

New Patient Volume: 40-50 per month

5 fully-equipped operatories

Support Staff: 4 dental assistants, 2 dental hygienists, a front desk member, and an office manager

Technology: Dentrix Ascend, digital X-rays, panoramic X-ray, and intraoral cameras

Must be board-certified

Compensation & Benefits

Collections-based earnings of up to $1 million annually
