Job summary

Independence Dental Services in Miami, FL seeks a General Dentist to join our established practice. This full-time or part-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (9am–6pm) with a compensation model based on daily guarantees and a percentage of collections.

We focus on cosmetics, implants, oral surgery and orthodontics, with supportive team, clinical autonomy, CE opportunities, and a patient-first philosophy in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience (GPR preferred).
• Proficiency in dental software such as Open Dental or similar.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication abilities.
• HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning abilities.
• Restorative dentistry including fillings, crowns, bridges.
• Simple and surgical extractions.
• Endodontic procedures/root canal therapy.
• Invisalign/clear aligner experience preferred.
• Diagnose and treat periodontal conditions with hygiene team.
• Present treatment plans and gain acceptance.
• Educate patients and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Maintain efficient clinical time management and productive schedule.
• Lead and collaborate with the team.
• Commit to clinical quality and patient experience.
• Utilize dental technology such as digital radiography, intraoral scanning, and AI-supported tools.

We are a well-established dental practice in Miami seeking an General Dentist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a doctor who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, educating patients, and contributing to a supportive team environment. We have amazing patients and looking for someone who wants to contribute to the local community. Our primary clinical focus are cosmetics, implants, oral surgery and orthodontics.

Flexible Schedule: Office is open Monday - Friday (9am-6pm)

Compensation: $850 per day of up to 35% of Collections
