Job summary

Midwest Dental Faribault, part of Smile Brands, is seeking a General Dentist to join a collaborative team in Faribault, MN. You'll work with strong patient demand and receive mentorship, tools, and support to deliver excellent care.

The role offers true autonomy at the top of your license, modern technology, and a path for professional growth, plus a generous compensation package with a $40k signing bonus. Sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Education

Compensation

Earn $300,000+ per year, plus $40,000 signing bonus!!
