Job summary

Midwest Dental is seeking a dentist to join an established practice with strong patient demand and a collaborative clinical team. You’ll deliver high-quality care, manage treatment plans, and grow your practice under mentorship and operational support.

Earn up to $300,000+ per year, with a $40,000 signing bonus, plus comprehensive benefits, CE opportunities, and a supportive network of clinicians at Smile Brands Inc. Strong compensation and up to $50,000 signing bonus highlighted.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license, CPR, and DEA license (or in process).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).
• Legally authorized to work in the US; sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose – kick off morning huddles for team alignment.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, perform exams and communicate tailored treatment plans.

Compensation
