Job summary

Midwest Dental in Waukon, IA is seeking a General Dentist to join an established practice with strong patient demand and a supportive clinical team. A $50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation housing assistance are available to help you start strong and settle in quickly.

You’ll lead care with autonomy backed by modern technology, a first-year guaranteed compensation, ongoing mentorship, and access to complimentary CE.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Earning potential up to $250,000 with a quarterly bonus structure
