Midwest Dental, part of Smile Brands Inc., is seeking a skilled dentist (DDS or DMD) to join our established practice in Minnesota. You’ll deliver patient-centered care with autonomy and strong team support, backed by mentorship and modern technology.

We offer up to 300,000+ USD per year, plus a $40,000 signing bonus, comprehensive benefits, and generous CE opportunities to expand your skills. Sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining).

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday - Thursday

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose - kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team - delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

Compensation

Earn up to $300,000+ per year, plus $40,000 signing bonus!
