Job summary

Midwest Dental is seeking a General Dentist to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care with clinical autonomy and top-of-license practice. You’ll join a supportive network under Smile Brands, enjoying mentorship, advanced training in implants, endodontics, clear aligners, and digital dentistry, plus a private-practice feel within a larger organization.

Earn up to $300K with salary and bonus, sign-on bonuses for qualified dentists, and strong team support with resources for marketing,

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • Active state dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Controlled Substance License, if required by the state.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Qualified candidates requiring sponsorship may be considered.
  • A commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative approach to working with patients and dental teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care while practicing at the top of your license.

  • Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants and other providers to deliver coordinated care.

  • Stay current with advances in dentistry, technology and evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Maintain the highest standards of clinical ethics, patient safety, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Compensation

up to $300,000 with salary and bonus
