Job summary

HM Solutions, Inc. seeks a dedicated General Cleaner to maintain clean, safe facilities. Hours are 6:45am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday, with Sundays rotating every third week.

The role covers cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms and kitchen areas. Ability to lift 40+ pounds, operate cleaning equipment, and wear PPE (glasses, gloves) is required. Benefits include health, dental and vision after 60 days, plus 401K after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must understand duties, machines and equipment necessary to complete tasks.
• Willing to sweep, mop, dust, pull trash (40+ lb), fill dispensers (soap, lotion, towels).
• Produces quality work within pre-set time frames.
• Shows initiative and accepts new responsibilities.
• Willing to work with and help others.
• Uses PPE correctly (safety glasses and vinyl gloves).

GENERAL CLEANER- Janitorial

Compensation: $15.00/hr

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Cleaner professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services across various environments.

The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.

This position will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen areas.

• Must have an understanding of job duties, machines, and equipment necessary to complete tasks.
• Must be willing to sweep, mop, dust, pull trash which can weigh 40 or more pounds, fill all dispensers, soap, lotion, paper towel and toilet paper.
• Produces quality work within pre-set time frames.
• Shows initiative in regard to job functions and accepts new responsibilities as needed.
• Has a willingness to work with and help others.
• Uses personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses and vinyl gloves.
