Job summary

HM Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated General Cleaner for the 1st shift to help keep our industrial facility clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will be responsible for routine cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restocking supplies, with adherence to safety protocols.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:00pm. Compensation is $18.50 per hour, and full-time employees receive health, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days, plus 401K after 90 days and

Qualifications

• Must understand duties, machines, and equipment needed to complete tasks.
• Willing to sweep, mop, dust, empty trash weighing 40+ lbs, restock dispensers and supplies.
• Produces quality work within preset time frames.
• Shows initiative and accepts new responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning of assigned areas in an industrial facility.
• Use PPE correctly (safety glasses, vinyl gloves).
• Assist with carpet cleaning and floor waxing as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness to meet health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with team to ensure efficient cleaning schedules.

• Must be willing to sweep, mop, dust, pull trash which can weigh 40 or more pounds, fill all dispensers, soap, lotion, paper towels and toilet paper.
• Produces quality work within pre-set time frames.
• Shows initiative in regard to job functions and accepts new responsibilities as needed.
• Has the willingness to work with and help others.
• Uses personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses and vinyl gloves.
• Experience cleaning carpet and waxing floor a plus.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
