Job summary

LR Associates, LLC is seeking part-time custodial workers to support high-end government office buildings in Colorado Springs. The role is weekends only (Saturday and Sunday) with 16 to 24 hours per weekend.

Qualified candidates have a minimum of 1 year custodial experience and must pass a background check. Open to applicants without a high school diploma. A Fair Chance hiring approach is practiced as part of our process.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash).
• Clean Locker Rooms and Showers.
• Carry out all assigned cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Notify management of deficiencies.
• Stock, maintain and resupply restrooms.
• Cooperate with staff and follow health and safety regulations.

We are seeking Part Time Custodial Workers-- weekends only ( Saturday and Sunday ) to work 16 to 24 hrs/weekend in high end Government office buildings. Must have minimum of 1 year of Custodial experience.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have experience in janitorial work. All positions are part-time and will be doing regular cleaning as well as cleaning the libraries. ( Saturday-Sunday ONLY)

Responsibilities:

• Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, pull trash etc.)
• Clean Locker Rooms and Showers
• Carry out all assigned cleaning tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies
• Stock, maintain and resupply Restrooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Must follow all health and safety regulations requirements
