Job summary

LR-Associates, LLC is seeking part-time custodial workers to maintain high-end government office buildings in Colorado Springs. Shifts run Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, up to 40 hours every two weeks, and a minimum of one year custodial experience is required.

Responsibilities include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, stocking supplies, reporting deficiencies, and following all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year custodial experience required.
• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED.

We are seeking Part Time Custodial Workers- (Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm) work up to 40 hrs every two weeks, in high-end government office buildings. Must have a minimum of 1 year of Custodial experience.

Responsibilities:

• Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, pull trash etc.)
• Clean Locker Rooms and Showers
• Carry out all assigned cleaning tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies
• Stock, maintain and resupply Restrooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Must follow all health and safety regulations requirements
