Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a General Counsel with a strong focus on contract negotiation playbooks to draft, review, and optimize commercial agreements. You will provide strategic commentary on negotiation practices and ensure materials align with project guidelines and AI-training needs.

The role requires exceptional written and verbal communication, deep knowledge of contract review standards, and the ability to work independently on document-driven projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Counsel, Deputy GC, or Assistant GC focusing on contract negotiation playbooks.
• Expertise in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and management in corporate settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail and clarity.
• Knowledge of industry-standard practices for contract review and risk assessment.
• Experience developing or using contract negotiation playbooks for companies.
• Familiarity with document-driven projects, including sourcing and submitting eligible materials.
• Ability to work independently and provide concise insights for AI training.
