Job summary

YO IT Consulting seeks an experienced General Counsel to lead contract strategy and negotiation playbooks in a remote capacity. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and refining commercial agreements to protect the company and enable growth.

You will provide expert commentary on best practices for contract management, collaborate with project teams, and deliver concise insights to AI training initiatives. Prior GC or deputy GC experience in corporate settings is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current or prior experience as General Counsel or Deputy/Assistant General Counsel with contract negotiation focus.
• Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts in corporate environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail and clarity.
• Knowledge of industry-standard practices for contract review and risk assessment.
• Experience developing or utilizing contract negotiation playbooks for companies.
• Familiarity with document-driven projects, including sourcing and submitting eligible materials.
• Ability to work independently and deliver concise, actionable insights for AI training purposes.
