Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a General Counsel to create and refine contract negotiation playbooks, and to draft and annotate a wide range of commercial agreements. The role focuses on clarity, compliance, and risk mitigation while providing strategic guidance on negotiation practices for AI-training projects.

The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure materials meet project guidelines and will deliver concise feedback to improve system understanding and output in a remote

Qualifications

• Current or prior experience as a General Counsel or equivalent with a focus on contract playbooks.
• Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current or prior experience as a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, or Assistant General Counsel with a strong focus on contract negotiation playbooks.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and management within corporate environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Knowledge of industry-standard practices for contract review and risk assessment.
• Experience developing or utilizing contract negotiation playbooks specifically designed for companies.
• Familiarity with document-driven project assignments, including sourcing and submitting eligible materials.
• Ability to work independently and deliver concise, actionable insights for AI training purposes.
