This remote contractor role focuses on reviewing contracts, redlining, and negotiation exercises while providing expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

You will evaluate AI responses to contract scenarios, draft and redline documents, and develop clear criteria for assessing AI performance, collaborating with research and product

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
