YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced General Counsel to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, redline, negotiate, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

This remote contractor role requires in-house tech transactions expertise, strong drafting skills, and the ability translate legal insights into AI feedback for fast-moving, cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
