Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced General Counsel for a Remote contractor role focused on legal AI training and evaluation. You will review contracts, redline, negotiate, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

You will draft and evaluate agreements, assess AI outputs, and contribute to developing evaluation criteria for AI performance in technology transactions. The role requires strong communication and fast-paced collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
