Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in good standing.
• 10+ years of legal experience, with senior-level or in-house counsel background.
• Experience advising organizations at national or multi-state level, nonprofit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the chief legal authority for a nationally recognized nonprofit.
