Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal leadership across all areas of the business
• Manage and negotiate mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
• Draft and review complex commercial contracts and supply agreements
• Oversee corporate governance, compliance, and general corporate legal matters
• Support technology transfer initiatives, including licensing and intellectual property matters

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an leading law school and admission Texas state bar
• 10+ years of legal experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house counsel roles
• Strong background in M&A, contract negotiation, and corporate law
• Experience in the chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is preferred
• Familiarity with technology transfer and IP-related agreements is a plus
