Top Tier Resources seeks a corporate generalist lawyer to support commercial contracts, product compliance, supply chain, and labor and employment matters. The role offers strong advancement opportunities within a top publicly traded company and a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on regulatory compliance, and partnering with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR. JD and active bar status are required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government agency.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and independently advising business clients.
• Experience in product compliance, supply chain, commercial litigation, or labor and employment; willingness to develop across areas.

Responsabilités

• Provides practical, risk-based legal advice to advance commercial objectives.
• Manage operational risk.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including purchasing, supply, distribution, services, technology, and nondisclosure.
• Counsel on product compliance matters, including regulatory requirements, product claims, labeling, safety, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate on policies, compliance initiatives, training, and cross-functional projects with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR.
• Perform other duties as Lead Counsel or GC may determine.

Responsibilities

• Provides practical, risk-based legal advice to advance commercial objectives.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including purchasing, supply, distribution, services, technology, and nondisclosure.
• Counsel on product compliance matters, including applicable regulatory requirements, product claims, labeling, safety, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate on policies, compliance initiatives, training, and cross-functional projects involving Legal, Compliance, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Human Resources.
• Perform other duties as Lead Counsel, or the General Counsel may determine appropriate.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government agency.
• Experience managing litigation, investigations, or regulatory matters is preferred.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and independently advising business clients.
• Experience in one or more product compliance, supply chain, commercial litigation, or labor and employment; willingness and ability to develop across the remaining areas.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into clear, practical advice aligned with business objectives and risk tolerance.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and good standing license to practice law.
• Strong issue-spotting, legal analysis, judgment, and ability to prioritize and escalation material risks.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and confidence working directly with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
