Job summary

Talently, based in Minneapolis, seeks a seasoned corporate and transactional attorney to guide the company through rapid growth in the industrial materials sector. You will advise on regulatory matters, draft and negotiate contracts, and help manage governance and risk at the senior leadership level.

This role requires a JD with bar membership, 5+ years in negotiation, and experience in energy or natural resources.

Qualifications

• JD degree and active bar membership required.
• 5+ years experience in contract negotiation and transactional law.
• Experience in energy, natural resources, or industrial materials industry.
• Strong track record supporting corporate governance.
• Ability to manage multiple complex legal projects concurrently.
