A rapidly growing consumer products company operating in a highly regulated industry is seeking a Part-Time General Counsel to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. This executive-facing role will partner closely with ownership and senior leadership on corporate strategy, governance, commercial transactions, compliance, enterprise risk management, and business growth initiatives. This role goes beyond providing legal advice. The successful candidate will be a trusted business partner responsible for helping drive strategy, governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth. The General Counsel will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to support critical business decisions and long-term company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
