Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate legal experience.

You will review contracts, provide general legal guidance, help with policies and compliance, and collaborate with management across departments. Salary range is $105,000–$195,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a law degree and be licensed to practice law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with documents and computers.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Attorneys from different areas of law are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to learn and work across areas of business law.
