Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. Attorneys from different practice areas are encouraged to apply. Salary ranges from $105,000 to $195,000 per year depending on experience.

You will review contracts, provide legal guidance, help with policies and compliance, and research legal questions. Strong organizational skills and adaptability are valued.

Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice law.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with documents and using a computer.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Attorneys from different areas of law are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
• Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
• Research legal questions when needed.
