Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company on legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate legal experience. Attorneys from different legal practice areas are encouraged to apply.

• Law degree and license to practice law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with documents and using a computer.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
