Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive construction leadership experience in industrial and heavy civil projects.
• Experience estimating and leading projects with strong financial oversight.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• OSHA certification and valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational leadership for the General Contracting Division.
• Direct multiple concurrent industrial and heavy civil projects.
• Lead project planning, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Manage division financial performance, forecasting, and profitability.
• Review project health, risk, cash flow, and KPIs.
• Coach and mentor Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Strengthen client relationships and resolve escalated issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and standardization.
• Support estimating strategy and major proposals.
