Qualifications

• Accredited four-year engineering degree and 16+ years of relevant experience, or a two-year degree and 18+ years with equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors and contractors.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, decision-making and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering team performance and delivery per project baseline.
• Coordinate interfaces between disciplines and support execution strategy.
