Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. (ROI) is hiring Construction Laborers to support sites in and around the Sandwich area. The role involves hands-on site cleanup, supporting trades, moving materials, and basic demolition tasks as needed.

We value reliable team players with a strong work ethic who can commit to a 40-hour work week and overtime when required. OSHA 10 is preferred but not required; references will be checked. ROI has 24 years of operation with opportunities across New England.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification preferred, not required.
• Demolition experience.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week.
• Be able to work overtime if needed.
• Strong references supporting work history.
• Reliable transportation to and from sites.

Responsibilities

• Site cleanup—picking up trash, sweeping around site, picking up materials.
• Assisting various tradesmen.

• Light general construction—demo, pulling nails, install, etc.
