Job summary

Resource Options (ROI) in Medford, MA seeks Construction Laborers to support site operations on projects in and around the Medford area. Responsibilities include site cleanup, moving materials, assisting tradesmen, and light demolition work.

Candidates should be able to work 40 hours per week, be dependable, have reliable transportation, and demonstrate strong references. OSHA 10 is preferred but not required; OT may be available.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required.
• Demolition experience.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week.
• Be able to work overtime if needed.
• Strong references that will support your work history.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Site cleanup - pick up trash, sweep around site, move materials.
• Assisting various tradesmen on site.
• Moving materials as required.
• Light general construction - demo, nails, install, etc.
