Resource Options, Inc. (ROI) is seeking Construction Laborers to work on projects in and around the Falmouth area. We value teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities include site cleanup, assisting trades, moving materials, and light demolition. OSHA 10 is preferred but not required; overtime may be available; strong references and reliable transportation are important.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required.
• Demolition experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full 40 hours per week.
• Overtime may be required.
• Strong references that will verify work history.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Site cleanup: pick up trash, sweep areas, move materials.
• Assist various tradesmen on site.
• Move materials around the work area.
• Light general construction tasks: demolition, pulling nails, install, and related duties.
