Primary Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multiple marketing strategies
• Promote Home Genius products and services to new and existing clients
• Participate in weekly training opportunities
• Deliver interactive sales presentations of our products and services
• Work onsite (not a remote position)

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence
• Open‑mindset with a passion for ongoing learning and self‑growth
• Available Monday – Saturday: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (5 of these 6 days)
• Driver's license (required)

Salary and Benefits

• $17.25 – $22 /hr plus bonuses (average hourly pay with bonuses $25‑$30 /hr)
• $65,000 – $90,000 per year (full‑time)
