Job summary

HM Solutions is seeking a dedicated General Cleaner to join our team for the 1st shift. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm with occasional Saturdays and holidays. Compensation is $15/hr. The role supports cleaning across various environments to ensure facilities are safe and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to assist others. Must be able to lift 25–30 lbs and follow safety protocols with PPE.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly and exchange information.
• Must fulfill physical requirements including lifting 25–30 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust, and empty trash as part of daily duties.
• Replenish dispensers (soap, lotion, paper towels, toilet paper).
• Follow pre-set time frames to complete quality work.
• Work with others and show initiative in responsibilities.

Job description:

• Must have an understanding of job duties, machines, and equipment necessary to complete tasks.
• Must be willing to sweep, mop, dust, pull trash which can weigh 40 or more pounds, fill all dispensers, soap, lotion, paper towels and toilet paper.
• Produces quality work within pre-set time frames.
• Shows initiative regarding job functions and accepts new responsibilities as needed.
• Has the willingness to work with and help others.
• Uses personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses and vinyl gloves.

• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

• Fulfill the physical requirements associated with this role. This includes stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs. Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs
