Job summary

HM Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team. This role ensures facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained; hours are 7:00am-3:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays, with compensation of $16.00 per hour.

The successful candidate will sweep, mop, dust, handle trash weighing 40+ pounds, refill dispensers and supplies, and follow safety procedures using PPE. Experience with carpet cleaning or floor waxing is a plus. We value reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must understand job duties, machines, and equipment necessary to complete tasks.
• Must be willing to sweep, mop, dust, pull trash which can weigh 40 or more pounds, fill all dispensers, soap, lotion, paper towels and toilet paper.
• Produces quality work within pre-set time frames.
• Shows initiative regarding job functions and accepts new responsibilities as needed.
• Has the willingness to work with and help others.
• Uses personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses and vinyl gloves.
• Experience cleaning carpet and waxing floor a plus.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
