Job summary

HM Solutions, Inc. is hiring a General Cleaner / Custodian to maintain cleanliness of offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen areas. The role follows a Sunday to Tuesday schedule from 6:30am to 7:00pm, with a compensation of $16 per hour.

The ideal candidate is dedicated, detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to assist others. PPE usage and ability to handle routine cleaning duties are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Must have an understanding of job duties, machines, and equipment necessary to complete tasks.
• Must be willing to sweep, mop, dust, pull trash which can weigh 40 or more pounds, fill all dispensers, soap, lotion, paper towels and toilet paper.
• Produces quality work within pre-set time frames.
• Shows initiative in regard to job functions and accepts new responsibilities as needed.
• Has the willingness to work with and help others.
• Uses personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses and vinyl gloves.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

Responsibilities
