Job summary

HM Solutions, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift General Cleaner in Greenville, IL. You will clean offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms and kitchens on a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday. The role offers reliable hours and a $18.00/hour pay rate.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, flexible, able to lift up to 40 pounds, and follow safety protocols with PPE. Full-time employees receive benefits after set periods: health, dental and vision, 401(k), paid vacation and sick time.

Qualifications

• Must understand duties, machines and equipment to complete tasks.
• Capable of sweeping, mopping, dusting and hauling trash up to 40+ lbs.
• Produce quality work within preset time frames.
• Shows initiative and accepts new responsibilities as needed.
• Willing to work with and help others.
• Properly uses PPE such as safety glasses and gloves.

2nd Shift General Cleaner

Work Hours: 2 pm - 10 pm Monday - Friday

Compensation: $18.00/hr

HM Solutions is currently seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as a General Cleaner. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. This position will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen areas.

Job Duties:

• Must have an understanding of job duties, machines, and equipment necessary to complete tasks.
• Must be willing to sweep, mop, dust, pull trash which can weigh 40 or more pounds, fill all dispensers, soap, lotion, paper towel, and toilet paper.
• Produces quality work within pre-set time frames.
• Shows initiative in regard to job functions and accepts new responsibilities as needed.
• Has a willingness to work with and help others.
• Uses personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses and vinyl gloves.
• cleaning touchpoints as needed
