SERVPRO Team Dobson is seeking individuals for general cleaning at commercial accounts in New Jersey. Roles require adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. The position offers full-time or part-time schedules, with day and evening shifts and uniform provided.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop all flooring.
• Dust surfaces and equipment, including high-touch areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Clean entrance glass and reflective surfaces.
• Remove trash and recyclables; replace liners as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure tasks meet high cleanliness and safety standards.
• Maintain professionalism with staff and management.

This is position is for general cleaning at commercial accounts.

Tasks will include the following but are not limited to:

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop all flooring.


• Dust work surfaces, furniture, equipment, and high-touch areas.


• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including fixtures, partitions, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.


• Restock restroom supplies (paper products and soap).


• Clean entrance glass, interior glass, and reflective surfaces.


• Remove trash and recyclables; replace liners as needed.


• Report building or equipment maintenance concerns promptly.


• Maintain an organized janitorial inventory; restock supplies and equipment as needed.


• Keep cleaning equipment clean, safe, and functional.


• Follow all cleaning schedules, work orders, and SERVPRO guidelines.


• Maintain professionalism when interacting with staff and management.


• Ensure all completed tasks meet high cleanliness and safety standards.


• Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.


• Maintain clear, professional communication with supervisors, technicians, and the site manager.


• Work cooperatively with team members to ensure facility cleanliness standards are met.


• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and contribute to a supportive team environment.


• Reliable, punctual, and in SERVPRO uniform.


• Able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and crouching for the duration of the shift.


• Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.


• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment.

Pay

• $15.00 hourly / Paid Biweekly


• Full Time and Part Time schedule available


• Day Time and Evening Shifts

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
