Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (IFS affiliate) seeks a General Cleaner in New Jersey to support our fast-paced facility services team. The role involves cleaning, sanitation, and upkeep across a shopping/office site with varied day/evening shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities include floor care, restroom maintenance, trash/recycling duties, and reporting work to a supervisor. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. Union-affiliated benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures.
• Regular bending, lifting, and reaching for up to 10–12 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift 15–25 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors across the site.
• Empty trash, handle recycling, and maintain restrooms and fixtures.
• Report work performed to supervisor and follow shift schedules.
