IFS is hiring a General Cleaner to support our janitorial services team. The role offers a full-time, union-affiliated position with a flexible schedule across days/nights and weekends in a US facility.

Responsibilities include cleaning various spaces, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety procedures to ensure a safe, professional environment. Candidates must be able to lift heavy items, stand long hours, and read safety documents.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and cleaning instructions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas per schedule.
• Empty trash, collect recyclables, and maintain floors and surfaces.
• Clean windows, fixtures, and equipment; report issues to supervisor.
• Complete daily sweep logs and follow safety rules.
