Job summary

HM Solutions, Inc. is seeking a General Cleaner for night shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. The role requires reliable, detail-oriented individuals to clean and maintain facilities, with the ability to lift 40+ pounds and use cleaning equipment. Immediate hire in Carlisle area; on-site work with PPE use and safety protocols.

Experience with carpet cleaning or floor waxing is a plus; the candidate should be ready to contribute to a clean, safe environment across various environments.

Qualifications

• Must understand job duties, machines, and equipment necessary to complete tasks.
• Ability to sweep, mop, dust, and pull trash weighing 40+ pounds and refill dispensers.
• Produces quality work within pre-set time frames.
• Shows initiative and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Willing to work with and help others.
• Uses PPE correctly (safety glasses, gloves).
• Experience cleaning carpet and waxing floors is a plus.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsibilities
