Modern Maintenance Building Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time General Cleaner to service two office buildings in New Berlin, WI. Shifts run Tuesdays and Fridays from 5:00pm to 11:00pm, and Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Responsibilities include general cleaning tasks, restrooms, cafeteria, surfaces, and occasional special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Dust surfaces including desktops, cabinet tops, partitions, etc.
• Empty wastebaskets and recyclables; transport to disposal area.
• Sweep and mop hard surfaced floors.
• Clean glass areas.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc.
• Clean restrooms and maintain supplies.
• Polish metalwork such as fixtures and fittings.
• Clean Cafeteria.
• Assisting with projects as needed.
• Job duties may be modified at any time based on customer or manager discretion.
• Follow all company Safety standards and procedures.

We are recruiting a Part-Time General Cleaner to clean and maintain two offices buildings located in New Berlin, WI. The position requires work on Tuesday's, and Friday's, with hours from 5:00pm to 11:00pm and Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 5:00pm-9: 00pm.The ideal candidate must be bilingual, possess strong attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to work independently.

General Cleaners maintain the cleanliness of their designated buildings/areas by performing various cleaning duties. Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Dust surfaces including desktops, cabinet tops, partitions, etc.

This is a Part-Time position2nd Shift, Tuesdays and Fridays only Hours: 5:00pm-11:00pm. Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays 5pm-9pm .
