Job summary

Modern Maintenance Building Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time General Cleaner to maintain an Office Building in the Milwaukee area. The role runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM during the 2nd shift.

Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required. The cleaner should be detail oriented, able to work independently and communicate effectively with the supervisor. The duties include dusting, trash removal, floor care, glass cleaning, restroom sanitation, and general cleaning

Responsibilities

• Dust surfaces including desktops, cabinet tops, partitions, etc.
• Empty wastebaskets and recyclables; transport to designated disposal area.
• Sweep and mop hard surfaced floors.
• Clean glass areas.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc.
• Clean restrooms and maintain supplies; ensure restrooms are stocked.
• Polish metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures.

Job Skills / Requirements

We are seeking a Part-Time General Cleaner to maintain an Office Building situated in the Milwaukee Area. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Prior experience in cleaning is a plus but not required.Cleaner must be detail oriented and be able to work independently and have good communication.

General Cleaners maintain the cleanliness of their designated buildings/areas by performing various cleaning duties. Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned by the supervisor/manager.
