Job summary

Programmed Cleaning Inc. is seeking a Part-Time General Cleaner to join our Madison-area team. The role will service multiple buildings in Madison and the west side of Fitchburg, Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM.

Pay is $15.25 per hour with free on-site parking. Training is provided and previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required. You’ll independently maintain an assigned cleaning route and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Travel between multiple buildings in Madison and the west side of Fitchburg.

Responsibilities

• Dust desks, cabinet tops, partitions, and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling, transport waste to disposal areas.
• Sweep and mop hard-surface floors.
• Vacuum floors (upright or backpack).
• Spot-clean carpets as needed.
• Clean glass surfaces and windows.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, counters, toilets, mirrors, floors, and other restrooms.
• Restock and maintain restroom supplies.
• Polish metal fixtures and fittings.
• Follow all safety procedures, policies and standards.

Job Skills / Requirements

Part-Time General Cleaner

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time General Cleaner . This position requires traveling between multiple buildings located throughout Madison and the west side of Fitchburg , as these locations are not accessible by public transportation.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM Pay: $15.25 per hour Parking: Free on-site parking available

After completing training, the selected candidate will be responsible for independently maintaining an assigned cleaning route.

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required . The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Sweep and mop hard-surface floors.
• Vacuum floors using upright and/or backpack vacuums.
• Spot-clean carpets as needed.
• Clean glass surfaces and windows.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, and other restroom areas.
• Restock and maintain restroom supplies.
• Polish metal fixtures and fittings.
• Perform additional cleaning duties or work in assigned areas as directed by the customer or management.
• Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and standards at all times.

This is a Part-Time position2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 5:00PM-9:00PM.
