Job summary

Programmed Cleaning Inc. is hiring a Part-Time General Cleaner for a warehouse facility on the east side of Madison, Wisconsin. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks in a warehouse and commercial setting.

You will work Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, paid $16.00 per hour, with transportation access via bus lines and on-site parking. Steel-toe footwear may be required (reimbursement may be available).

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Restock restroom supplies.
• Clean and maintain breakrooms, dining areas, tables, microwaves, chairs, and countertops.
• Restock condiments, paper products, and other designated supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and return recycling containers to their designated locations.
• Break down cardboard boxes and maintain orderly waste disposal areas.
• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, dust mopping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Clean lobbies, elevators, stairwells, sidewalks, parking areas, plazas, and other public spaces.
• Clean loading docks, freight areas, service areas, utility spaces, and other assigned locations.
• Clean, vacuum, and rinse entrance mats as needed.
• Set up and take down meeting rooms upon request.
• Troubleshoot coffee machines when necessary.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and instructions provided by Building Management.
• Report cleaning concerns, maintenance issues, and supply needs to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on management instructions and customer needs.

We are currently hiring a Part-Time General Cleaner for a warehouse facility on the east side of Madison, Wisconsin.

• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds .
• Ability to frequently extend arms and hands above shoulder height.
• Ability to remain physically active while completing cleaning duties in a warehouse environment.
