Job summary

Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an entry-level General Auto Service Tech. Paid training is provided and you will work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop within a family-owned automotive group capable of advancing your career.

With 24 dealerships and 18 brands, the team emphasizes learning, certification pursuit, and long-term growth, while offering a structured path and supportive leadership in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive maintenance or repair experience required.
• Own a basic set of automotive repair tools.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with minimal points.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive services including oil changes, lube services, and fluid flushes
• Complete Multi-Point Inspections (MPIs)
• Assist with brake services (experience a plus, not required)
• Gain hands-on experience while working toward technician certifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
