Job summary

Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring an entry-level Auto Service Technician in Dover, DE. Paid training will start immediately, with aClear pathway to becoming a certified technician while you gain hands-on experience in a busy, high-volume shop.

You will perform basic services, participate in MPIs, and work toward technician certifications, all within a supportive team culture and structured training program.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive repair experience required.
• Own a basic set of automotive repair tools.
• Willing to learn and grow toward technician certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive services including oil changes, lube services, and fluid flushes.
• Complete Multi-Point Inspections (MPIs).
• Assist with brake services (experience a plus, not required).
• Gain hands-on experience while working toward technician certifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
