Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing launches.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive escalations when required.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional skills across plants and central teams.
• Excellent data management, analysis, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Creative, action‑oriented mindset with track record of turning ideas into implemented solutions.
• High proficiency with Teamcenter, AutoDesk, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Proven project management capability with resource coordination and timeline tracking.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Lead GA optimization projects across multiple assembly sites.
• Coordinate tooling, automation, workstation layout, and facilities changes.
• Design and deploy common tooling, processes, and standards.
• Oversee external vendors and internal teams.
• Manage automation project design, installation, and commissioning.
• Track project validation metrics and site throughput goals.
• Provide engineering support to operations and maintenance teams.
• Ensure projects meet budget and financial targets.
• Communicate status, risks, and actions in meetings.
• Mentor others in project management best practices.
