Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Tempe, AZ seeks a General Assembler (prefer medical assembly exp) for a 12-month contract. Primary tasks include assembling small catheter parts and medical devices, with microscope work and cleanroom environment.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of manufacturing assembly experience, ability to read English specifications, use calipers and micrometers, and work flexible hours. Shift is 7:30 am–4:00 pm, 40 hours/week, with standard safety attire and quality adherence.

• Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours with reliable punctuality.
• Clean room experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small catheter parts and medical devices; use microscope or inspection tools.
• Fabricate, assemble, test and package medical devices; set up and maintain equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections following specifications; adhere to quality guidelines.
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.

pay range -$16-20/hr

Shift Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm most of the time.

Description

• Assy is small parts assembly. Assembling small catheter parts, medical device. Candidate with small parts assembly experience, microscope or inspection.
• Performs any combination of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices as well as setting up, operating, performing maintenance on and troubleshooting equipment.
• May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. Able to work without defined SOP's or SOP's in progress.
• Adheres to quality guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum One (1) to two (2) year of manufacturing assembly experience with small parts assembly experience, microscope or inspection.

• Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as calipers, micrometers, rulers.
• Able to work with razor blades, tweezers and microscopes.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
• Has good attention to detail. Clean room experiences preferred.
• Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
